DSLP-PCIE-100 - PCIE Low Profile Serial Board
In addition to bus technology upgrades, the PCI Express (PCIe) serial board is the new generation of I/O interconnect standards, supporting data transfer rates of up to 800MBPS and hot swapping, plug-n-play connection availability. The PCIe low profile cards are available in 2 or 4-port serial configurations, and offer a high-speed, serial I/O bus that maintains backwards capability with PCI applications and drivers. Defined by high performance, scale and serial bus, the PCIe card is dedicated to the device, while multiple PCIe devices can be active without interfering with each other.
The DSLP-PCIE-100 and QSLP-PCIE-100 are configured to fit into low profile systems utilizing only one PC slot. The DSLP-PCIE-100 has a fanout cable to connect two serial devices and the QSLP-PCIE-100 has a fanout cable to connect four serial devices.
