Input Modules

MR-DI4

The Modbus module with 4 digital inputs is designed for local switching operations. It is suitable to record potential-free switching states as for example electrical limit switches of ventilation valves or auxiliary contacts of power contactors. The inputs can be operated by potential-free switches or contacts and as voltage inputs. The inputs can be scanned via a Modbus-Master. Setting of the slave address, bit rate and parity is done with the two address switches (x1 / x10) on the front. Possible settings are addresses 00 to 99 and baud rates 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 und 115200 Bd.

MR-DI10

The Modbus module with 10 digital inputs is designed for local switching operations. It is suitable to record potential-free switching states as for example electrical limit switches of ventilation valves or auxiliary contacts of power contactors. The inputs can be operated as contact and voltage inputs (A1, 24VAC/DC, jumper J - A2) or with actuation to GND (A2, jumperJ - A1), depending on the setting of the jumper J. The inputs can be scanned via a Modbus-Master. Setting of the slave address, bit rate and parity is done with the two address switches (x1 / x10) on the front. Possible settings are addresses 00 to 99 and bit rates 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 und 115200 Bd.

MR-S14

The Modbus module with 4 S0 inputs to DIN EN 62053-31 class A was developed for decentralized switching tasks. It is suitable for counting S0 counter pulses. This allows very good integration of the module into an energy controlling system. In case of a power failure, the last counter readings are saved. The inputs can be scanned by means of standard objects via a Modbus master. The module address, the baud rate and the parity are set by means of two address switches on the front.

MR-AI8

The Modbus module with 8 individually configurable resistance or voltage inputs is designed for local switchingoperations. It is suitable to record resistance or voltage values offor example passive and active temperature sensors electricalventilation or mixing valves, valve positions etc. The inputs areuniversally configurable and can be scanned via a Modbus-Master.Setting of the slave address, bit rate and parity is done with the two address switches (x1 / x10) on the front. Possible settings are addresses 00 to 99 and baud rates 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 und 115200 Bd.

Output Modules

MR-DO4

The Modbus modules with 4 digital outputs are designed for local switching operations. They are suitable to operate electrical components such as motors, contactors, lamps, sun-blinds etc. We recommend to protect the relay contacts additionally by a RC-element for high inductive loads. MR-DO4 is equipped with a manual control facility for manual switching of the relays.

MR-AO4

The Modbus module with 4 analog outputs is designed for local switching operations. It is suitable as variable encoder, for example ventilation or mixing valves, valve positions etc. The outputs can be adjusted via a Modbus-Master. Setting of the slave address, bit rate and parity is done with the two address switches (x1 / x10) on the front. Possible settings are addresses 00 to 99 and bit rates 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 und 115200 Bd.

Mixed Input and Output Modules

MR-DIO4/2

The Modbus module with 4 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs is designed for local switching operations. It is suitable to receive for example light switches and window contacts in a room and to operate two light bands or to be used as sunblind control. It can also be used to control two motor driven fire dampers or for many other applications. We recommend to protect the relay contacts additionally by a RC-element or high inductive loads. The relays are provided with a manual control facility. Depending on the position of the jumper (below the faceplate) the inputs can be operated as contact and voltage inputs (A1, 24 V AC/DC; jumper J - A2) or with actuation to GND (A2; jumper J - A1. Inputs and outputs can be operated and scanned via a Modbus-Master. Setting of the slave address, bit rate and parity is done with the two address switches (x1 / x10) on the front. Possible settings are addresses 00 to 99 and bit rates 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 und 115200 Bd.

Power Supply

NG-4 Gray

The NG4 power supply supplies regulated direct voltages for supplying power to the respective devices of the product family of I/O components. The device supplies regulated direct voltage 24 V DC at a power of 16 watts. A parallel operation of several power supply units is not allowed. The secondary voltage can only be tapped at the right side of the plug connector and at the screw-type terminals on the top of the module. The bus communication is looped through on both sides of the plug connectors.
